Communication was slow and sometimes incomplete. Example flight info came late; we had to ask for it to get visa. This is really the only area for improvement we feel.

Our guide, George, was knowledgeable. He did a good job managing personalities and needs. Highly recommend him!

Just improved communication. Perhaps the changes in personnel at main office impacted this.
